Anybody have experience cooking with or using urine in food preparation? I have done some experimenting with
my own cooking and steaming, but am unsure if this reduces the benefits of urine therapy. Also, there are no cookbooks
I have found with any such suggestions for food preparation or sauces. I use my own urine for marinating chicken and
meats, also for steaming, but would like more ideas for the kitchen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried some cooking some of these things you have tried but in general it ends up smelling too bad. The only thing I use my urine for in eating meals is for breakfast I eat a yogurt and it is too cold right out of the refrigerator so what I will do is pee a little in the yogurt and then stir it up. The urine warms it up just enough where it is more comfortable to eat. For UT I think the greatest value is the morning urine, so I gnerally drink all of it each morning which averages around 800 mL. In general, I find this to be a good good rule, and that it is recommended to drink pee within 15 minutes of it coming out of your body which is when it is the freshest. After that time period ammonia starts to develop giving it a poor taste. This is why I drink my morning pee all at once, even though the 800 mL is a bit much to consume all at once. Anyway let me know what you think of this. How much urine do you consume each day?
I am also curious as to how urine works for marinating meats. Does it give any off flavor? Do you use really concentrated urine? It seems to me that the salts in cnocentrated urine may draw out some of the juices in the meat.
